LEARN TO SKATE & SKATING PROGRAMS
​
Peconic Ice Rinks offers Learn to Skate Sessions on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. We will have daytime classes for young skaters as well. Our Learn to Skate Program will follow the ISI Learn to Skate curriculum, the oldest Learn to Skate Program in the country. Classes are offered for every age and ability from Tot to Adult. Click here for an informational flyer with dates, times, and skill levels for the current semester. The minimum age requirement for Learn to Skate is 3.5 years old. Skate Rental Packages are available. All classes include UNLIMITED Public Skating during the semester for practice time
FREESTYLE & FIGURE SKATING

Beginner and advanced figure skating programs to practice their advanced skating skills like jumps, spins, and stroking. Typically, skaters will have a private lesson with a coach for a portion of the session and then have practice time to work on their skills.
PRIVATE LESSONS

Private lessons for skaters are available on Freestyle Sessions (advanced skaters) or Public Sessions. Click here to see a list of our skating coaches.
